I have to say that the recent wave of incredible offerings from Steve (Colonial), Brad (Goodman), and Brian (Beachtonewoods), (not to mention the Zootman) has left my head spinning.

These guys are bending over backward to give great pricing to the OLF family, and I would just like to say that I for one appreciate what they're doing. I have no money to spend, but I really appreciate it!

Now I just want to see LMI, StewMac, and the other Big Players have some big whopping sales too. I think Allied is the only one who comes up with some great deals from time to time. When's the last time SM sold stuff for so inexpensive that we couldn't help but jump to buy something? Never!
Thanks all you wood guys...we appreciate it. You've earned a lot of good, faithful customers here.

I third that statement. Even though I have way too much than I will ever use, I have had to jump in the mix and buy something as well.

That is just another example of what makes this forum so great.

I have had to change my drool cup more often than usual, lately.

When I got married, I promised to cherish, love, and honor my wife. I never said I wouldn't spend money I don't have on wood I wouldn't immediately use. But evidently, it was there in the fine print somewhere.

Thanks for tantalizing me, Steve, Brad, Brian, and Bob. One of these days, I won't be broke when you guys decide to get outrageously generous, and I'll lighten your load.

Dennis

I agree too!

The folks who are sponsors here at the OLF are simply amazing. I can't wait to sign on in the morning to see what could be next! Of course, that explains my compulsive OLFing, which was already bad, but has gotten even worse! And my wife is a constant shade of pale when she views the check-book.

Thank you all!

Jeff

as with all "wars" there is the collateral damage of innocents, in this case us impecunious unfortunate victims who have such a profound sense of loss from seeing all that wonderful koa and macassar and .... and .... go elsewhere.
